Designation: TEAM LEADERS

Job Description: This person will work closely with the Interactive
Marketing (IM) client manager, brand team and 3rd party agency to manage production of interactive programs that include translation of strategy into operational execution and project management implementation. He will act as a link between the brand teams at client side and the 3rd party who is performing the execution of work. Creative ownership and coordination will be the responsibility of the brand and the agency rather than the Interactive PM. He should have:
Project management skills to manage multiple projects, develop detailed project plan & produce key project deliverables & experience in Digital Marketing or web develpment or interaction with international clients
1. – Project Management experience from the Digital Marketing world (most preferred)
OR
2. Project Management experience from a web development background
3. The candidate must have interacted with international clients
4. Experience in leading/managing a team is added advantage.
5. Project management skills to manage multiple projects, develop detailed project plan, coordinate issues between client & 3rd party, produce key project deliverables.
6. Should accurately and professionally document delivery of services.
7. Needs to ensure quality of deliverables across a portfolio of projects
8. Delivery of interactive marketing services (e.g. website services, sampling, sweepstakes, e-mail, imedia, etc.) for individual interactive programs and campaigns, including on-going maintenance and operations.
9. Should have good oral and written communicative skills
10. Should be ready to work in flexible shift timings.

Communicate technical info with client and 3rd party agents
Manage his/her day to day activities of the process
Establish the right checks and balances for effective project control
Interpret process related data/information/statistics
Interact and build a rapport with the client and respective agency to effectively manage process changes/metrics
Coordinate data capture and reporting to allow for on-going program measurement and optimization
Change management, adjust the project plan and resource per business requirements.
Work with Service Managers to continually improve the services offered
Work with External Business Partners to establish solutions to meet our business partner needs.
