Mahindra’s New Sedan Verito

Mahindra introduced its new sedan model in the indian market – Mahindra Verito. Coming to the technical specifications of Mahindra Verito, the vehicle comes powered with either of a 1390cc petrol engine or a 1461cc diesel engine. The former one delivers a maximum power of 75 Bhp and a peak torque of 110 Nm while the diesel engine produces a 65 Bhp power and a 160 Nm torque.


Mahindra offers the new Verito Sedan vehicle in six color shades which includes Toreador Red, Fiery Black, Jawa Brown, Mist Silver, Diamond White andTwilight Blue. Coming to the models and pricing details of Mahindra Verito, there are 7 variants available which are listed below.

Renault Fluence Official Launch in India on 23rd May

The official launch date has been pre-poned from June to 23rd May, 2011 as it seems Renault is in a hurry to launch the Fluence in India.The 2011 Renault Fluence will be available in both petrol and diesel variants.

The diesel Fluence will be powered by a 1.5 Liter, 105 Bhp-240 Nm diesel engine while on the other hand the top end petrol variant will carry a 135 Bhp-190 Nm, 2 Liter petrol engine under the hood. The diesel engine has an ARAI certified fuel economy of close to 22 KMPL.

Renault will be opening 14 dealerships in India by June, 2011 and will be expanding the figure to 40 by the end of this year. A four year warranty will be offered at the Models and deliveries are to begin from the 10th of June, 2011. Expect prices to be in the Rs. 10 lakh+ range.

AUDI RS 5 Sports Coupe is Now in INDIA

The RS5 Sports Coupe can hit the 0-100 kmph mark in 4.6sec and has a limited top-speed of 250 kmph.

The cheapest car in India will soon be the most fuel-efficient car in India. Tata Motors are specialists when it comes to squeezing the most out of diesel cars. The recently launched Indica eV2 hatch has been rated at 25kmpl efficiency by ARAI, and at present is the most fuel efficient diesel car in India. And now they are all set to take the game to a whole new level with a super efficient diesel engine capable of delivering 40kmpl, which will be powering the diesel variant of the Tata Nano.
According to Rumors, The Nano Diesel is expected to run on a two-cylinder, 700cc engine without compromising on fuel economy and also being complaint with BS IV emission standards.

Sneak Peak of New 2012 BMW F10M M5

BMW has confirmed that it is working on a four-wheel-drive version of its new F10M M5.

Recently revealed at the Shangahi Auto Show, the new 2012 BMW F10M M5 will be competing with the Mercedes Benz E63 AMG once it is launched. Under the hood of the new M5 will be a 552bhp twin-turbocharged V8 motor along with a typically conservative body kit and sinister-looking 20 inch wheels.Set for launch in April 2012, we can expect the unveiling of the definitive production version at the Frankfurt motor show later this year.

Mercedes Will Launch two new Models in India

At this point we are not sure which one of the three models will make it to India, the obvious choices would be the 2012 Mercedes C Class and the 2012 Mercedes Benz SLK 350 Roadster.

Currently, Mercedes Benz offers two variants on the SLK in India, a 1.8 litre producing 184 bhp and the more powerful SLK 55 AMG with a 5.5 litre V8 with 360 bhp.Mercedes Benz has witnessed 48% growth during the first quarter of 2011. The company recently launched the Maybach, luxury limousine in the India.

7-Speed CVT automatic gearbox for New Corolla Altis

The new 2011 Corolla Altis will be getting a new 7-Speed CVT automatic gearbox which will replace the traditional 4-Speed auto box.Apart from this, the new 2011 Corolla Altis will get a new grille, bumper and headlights as a part of a routine facelift.

The new Corolla is expected to be launched in India by the end of next month and will be on sale with two engine options : the 1.8 Liter VVT petrol and 1.4 Liter Common rail turbo diesel engine.

Five Door Lupo and a Sub polo will be The Next Strategy for VolksWagen in India

Volkswagen India will be launching an inexpensive car for the masses which will be placed below the Polo. This new small car could be launched by 2012.
The base version of the VW Polo is priced at Rs 4.34 lakh ex-showroom Delhi and the new small is likely to be at least Rs 1 lakh cheaper than the base Polo.
In the meantime, Volkswagen is rumoured to be developing a five-door version of the Lupo for the Indian market. An ultra-fuel efficient 800 cc diesel engine could go in to the Lupo and so could a 1.0 litre petrol.
